刘宗汉，天津宁河人，擅长中国画。1986年毕业于大连海军政治学院，1993年后任威海画院院长，威海市美术家协会主席，一级美术师，作品《高山观通站》入选全军美展，《江山长青图》入选纪念毛主席诞辰100周年全国书画展，《恒岳雄千古》入选跨世纪全国山水画大展。
