曹辉(1952.10—)四川成都人。擅长中国画、连环画。1975年毕业于四川邛崃师范学校，后在新津县中学任教。自学绘画。1980年后任新津县文化馆副馆长、二级美术师。连环画《罗瑞卿的青少年时代》获第三届全国连环画评奖绘画创作三等奖；《青鱼》、《圣经》入选第七届全国美展；《白色幽灵》获中国连环画十佳优秀作品奖；《中国画新户头》、《川妹子出川图》入选全国性美展并获奖。
