杨正伟（1948~）上海人。中国美术家协会会员，徐州国画院高级书画师、国家一级美术师，徐州西楚山水画会会长，徐州市美术家协会副主席、中国画艺委员会主任，徐州政协委员，徐州民进书画支部主任，江苏省书法家协会会员，中国书画函授大学特邀教授，彭城印社社员。1986年入中国画研究院深造，从师于国画大师何海霞。山水作品《丝路踏歌》曾获“中华杯”佳作奖，《云雾山恋》入选纪念新华社35周年画展并选入大型画集，山水《昆仑雪》及书法在首届奥林匹克国际绘画、书法艺术大展获优秀奖。《光明日报》、《人民日报》、《中国文化报》、《中国青年报》均有作品发表，作品辑入《书画新作集》、《江苏中年画家作品集》、《江苏中年画家作品集》。在陕西“太白杯”全国书画大赛获银牌奖。《书与画》杂志曾彩版专页发表《徐州国画院杨正伟》。《中国书法》杂志、人民日报、光明日报、中国文化报等多次发表作品，《中南海珍藏书法集》、《中南海珍藏画集》收录。1984年起至今每年深入江河源头青海、西藏等地写生考察。1995年起研制矿物颜料以矿物颜料绘画的作品多次在国家级大展中获金奖。曾于甘肃、青海多次举办个人画展。甘肃日报撰文称：“新概念西部山水”。传略辑入《中国现代书法界人名辞典》、《中华人物辞海·当代文化卷》、《世界文化名人辞海·华人卷》、《中国现代美术家人名辞典》、《中国当代美术家人名录》、《中国当代艺术界名人录》等。
