党震，生于山东济南，回族。1999年10月，开始彩墨风景与肖像创作。1996年10月，举办个人画展于山东艺术学院。2003年，参加中华世纪坛“今日中国美术展览”。2003年，参加北京炎黄艺术馆“走近70年代传承与开拓——70年代生水墨画家联展”；2003年，参加日本福山国际水墨邀请展。2005年，彩墨风景系列入选“纪念安徒生诞辰200周年·中国当代艺术邀请展”，并赴丹麦、日本、东南亚巡展。2005年，参加“水墨新锐”全国巡展。2006年，参加“水墨新锐”全国巡展。2006年，参加中华世纪坛“今日中国美术展览”。1994年，作品《生生不息----生·息》获中央美院命题创作奖。1996年，作品《坚实的依托》参加首届全国大学生书画大赛获银奖。2004年，作品《金属时代》入选第10届全国美展并获山东展区一等奖。论文《我的两张创作》发表于《美术研究》；作品发表于《东方艺术》、《艺术界》、《画廊》等。出版画集《今日中国美术丛书·党震》、《中国当代青年画家﹣党震》、《党震作品集》、《素描经典·党震作品集》。

1996年毕业于中央美术学院中国画系，
2004年考入中央美术学院中国画系田黎明工作室攻读硕士学位。
