罗渊，字清源。曾修学于中山大学、广州美术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员，中华诗词学会会员，广东省书法家协会理事，广东省文物鉴藏家协会常务理事。1993年应邀为国务院港澳办贵宾厅创作《天地之诞图》。1997年在中国美术馆举办个展。出版《罗渊诗书画集》、《山川风云》等个人专集十余种。主编《金秋送爽》《道法自然》等画集三十余种。
