梁耘，1943年生于陕西蒲城县农村。1965年，毕业于西安美术学院附属中学，1970年毕业于西安美术学院。系中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，陕西省美术家协会顾问，陕西科技大学教授，陕西文史馆馆员，陕西省山水画研究会主席。
1982年，油画作品《晨阳》参加“全国煤炭职工美术作品展览”并获三等奖。1991年，在陕西省美术馆举办“梁耘山水画展”，受到专家学者的高度评价与关注。1994年带领铜川市美术写生团到黄河、黄陵、照金等地写生，其后举办“写生汇报展”。同年，作品《雄立》参加“全国第八届美展”。1995年调入陕西科技大学任教。1998年速写长卷“渭北莽塬大岭图”入选“全国首届写生展”。1999年，国画作品《曙光之呼唤》参加“全国第二届群星杯美展”。2001年国画作品《曙光》参加建党八十周年美展，荣获二等奖。2003年，作品《生生不息》、《秋色渐去》参加“西部风韵全国名家邀请展”。同年，被世界文化艺术鉴定中心、中国收藏学术研究会授予“当代市场最具收藏价值艺术家”称号。
曾参加“中日水墨联展”、“十城市美术展览”、“庆祝香港回归十周年大型美展”、“长安雅集”等多项艺术活动。
