葛涛画家，老子故里-----安徽涡阳人，1998—2001年研修于北京画院、中央美院。中国美术家协会会员，安徽省青年美协副秘书长，安徽省文联国画创作院画家，合肥巨然文化艺术公司艺术总监，山水画家。
