陈继春，1966年出生于广东中山。自幼喜爱绘画。毕业于暨南大学商业经济系，进修于葡萄牙科英布拉大学文学院、南京师范大学美术学院美术学硕士，师随范扬、刘赦、陈传席等教授。九十年代初在欧美进行写生，并研究澳门绘画发展史。
中学时代两次获全澳学生绘画比赛冠军（高中组）。著有《钱纳利与澳门》、《濠江画人掇录》、《濠江画人再录》、《葡萄牙记程－科英布拉及其它地方》、《陈继春澳门速写集》大型画册等，作品散见于澳门报刊及外地出版物。
