张波，1971年生于山东济南，中国美协会员，山东画院画师。结业于山东艺术学院研究生写意人物工作室。2006年考入中国艺术研究院研究生院杜滋龄工作室，2011年就读于中国国家画院刘大为工作室，2012年就读于中国人民大学画院任惠中工作室，现就读于水墨人物名家创作班，师从任惠中教授。
主要展览，第四届西部大地情中国画，油画作品展（西安）；2008年全国中国画作品展优秀奖（南宁）；2009年全国中国画作品展（合肥）；2012年“翰墨新象”全国中国画作品展（上海）“话说武当”全国中国画作品展（湖北石堰）。第三届中国画线描艺术艺术展优秀奖(郑州)；“泰山之尊”全国中国画作品展优秀奖；《边城轶事》入选2013年全国中国画作品展等。

Zhang Bo, was born at Shandong Jinan 1971, chinese beautiful association member, painter of Shandong imperial art academy. Complete a course at atelier of character of freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting of graduate student of Shandong artistic college. Took an examination of atelier of Du Ziling of graduate school of Chinese artistic academy 2006, read 2011 at atelier of Liu Dawei of Chinese country imperial art academy, read 2012 at the atelier in Renhui of imperial art academy of Chinese people university, read a person of academic or artistic distinction of Yu Shuimo's character to create a class now, division is taught from Ren Huizhong.
