刘玲，出生于河南省郑州市，现为中国美术家协会会员，河南省轩辕文化书画院副院长。中原书画院名誉院长。作品入选中国美协举办的全国性展览二十余次，多次获奖。2006年，作品《荷风》“在黄河壶口赞”中国画提名展中获优秀作品奖。【最高奖】2006年，作品《家园》在李苦禅美术馆开馆即全国中国画提名展中获优秀奖【最高奖】2011年作品《乡雪》入选庆祝建党90周年第六届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展。2012年作品《红色记忆》入选第七届中国美术家协会会员中国画精品展，作品被中央党校青岛美术馆李苦禅艺术馆中国美术馆邓小平纪念馆齐白石纪念馆等多家美术馆收藏。出版有《刘玲画集》
