陈增胜，沚润、之润，大胜，号心雨斋主，1941年5月出生于山东招远。现为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，山东画院高级画师、威海市美协副主席、威海画院副院长、国家一级美术师。喜画人物、花鸟、动物、尤擅画猫、画虎，为著名书画家孙其峰弟子。作品曾多次入选国家级美展，并连续多年次参加全国花鸟画邀请展。
多幅作品被收入《花鸟画谱丛书》及其它画集。邓小平、江泽民等党和国家领导人及中国画研究院、北京国际会议中心、中国人民革命军事博物馆、周恩来纪念馆，台北国立国父纪念馆等都有收藏，并多次赴韩国办展、讲学，曾荣获韩国总统金泳三特别奖。出版有《怎样画猫》、《百猫谱》、《为俚奴写照》、《陈增胜画猫》、《陈增胜画选》，《湿笔画虎》等多部专著和画集。
