朱松发,(1942.11—)出生于安徽黄山紫云村。10岁时随父母迁往安徽怀宁。
安徽省美术家协会副主席,国家一级美术师,中国画家,毕业于安徽省艺术学院,结业于浙江美术学院,现任安徽省书画院国家一级美术师。中国美术家协会会员,安徽省美术家协会副主席,安徽省政协委员,1993年起享受国务院颁发的特殊津贴,安徽省艺术系高级职称评委会评审委员。
朱松发中国画作品多次入选国内外专业美术大展并获奖,亦为美术馆、博物馆、人民大会堂、国务院紫光阁、中南海等收藏和陈列。作品入载《中国现代美术全集》,国家重点学术报刊《人民日报》、《美术》、杂志、《中国书画报》、《美术报》、《国画家》等均多次介绍和发表其作品。已出版画集多本,曾应邀赴法国、澳大利亚、韩国等举办画展、讲学和艺术参考。其作品《囚歌》、《巢湖渔歌》、《梅花》分别为中国人民革命军事博物馆、南京博物院、毛主席纪念堂收藏。《寒香图》获1988年中华杯中国画大奖赛三等奖。出版有《天南海北》个人写生画集吉林书画苑推荐画家。

黄宾虹先生说过,作画难在“自成一格”。囿于传统、为前人规范束缚者,难以自立门户。同样,受流行画风影响而无鲜明个性者,更无独立品格可言。从事绘画创作的人要做到自成一家,必须一有修养,二有悟性,三有胆识。所谓修养,有“画内功”包括绘画知识、技巧、笔墨功力等,还有“画外功”,即包括对社会生活和大自然的体验,以及其他艺术门类的修养。所谓悟性,是对绘画本质和创造原理的体悟,既有长期实践经验积累所形成的“渐悟”,也有与艺术家个人灵性关系更为密切的“顿悟”。至于胆识,是指艺术家的创造勇气与革新精神,那是艺术家不可或缺的品格。我之所以说朱松发在水墨艺术领域有独特的风格面貌,是因为他具备这三方面的条件。他是修养较为全面的艺术家,有扎实的传统功力和文化知识的储备,对传统山水画的艺术奥秘有较深的领会,更善于从大自然中吸收养料,进行有个性的创造。
从某种意义上说,风格是个性的自然流露,是长期实践积累的结果。朱松发出生在黄山紫云村,父亲是黄山有名的石匠。他自幼受徽州文化熏陶,尤受新安画派渐江、汪之瑞、程邃等人影响。他从这些前辈大师中得到最重要的启示是,水墨画创作要讲究品位的纯正。也就是说,从笔墨、章法等技巧到意境创造,要浸润传统文化的精神。但同时他深知,传统又不是一成不变的静态模式,而是变化着、流动着和发展着的结构。朱松发在研究传统的同时,狠狠抓住两个环节强化自己的艺术面貌,一是师造化,即认真地观察和研究自然。刻记着历史变迁痕迹、错落有致的徽州黑瓦白墙的村落,皖南别具特色的“黑”而“湿”的山水,给他以无穷的灵感,成为他反复提炼的艺术素材。二是珍惜和发扬自己的个性。他生性崇尚自然,讲究朴实、率真,追求阳刚之气。这两者的有机结合,形成它艺术风格的基础。
