郑冰，生于河南省开封市，现为中国美术家协会会员、河南省中国画研究院副院长、高级美术师，教授职称，中国美协河南创作中心副主任，中国徐悲鸿画院国画艺委会山水画创作室副主任，中国新闻出版报社书画研究院副院长。
数年来，画家作品多次在国内外展出，并获好评，数十幅作品被国内外展馆、博物馆、研究院、收藏家珍藏。代表作品、个人简历被辑入国内外多种大型专业传记名人录、美术家辞典大型画册。
