辛鹤江(1941.1—)河北安新人。擅长中国画。1962年毕业于天津美术学院留院任教一年，后任河北省石家庄师范学校教师。现为中国美协会员、河北美协副主席、连环画研究会副会长、河北美术出版社社长兼总编辑、编审，调研员。
作品有《棉农来访》、《周总理和小演员在一起》、《敌情急》、连环画《老英雄回到雁翎队》等。作品入选第四、六、八届全国美展和全国连环画展。
