杜跃华，1957年生，江苏省金坛市人。南京艺术学院美术系毕业。现为中国美术家协会会员，国家一级美术师，江苏省国画院特聘画师，《新水墨》编委会主任，金坛市书画院院长。荣获“中国画坛百杰”称号。
作品获“建军60周年”全国美展佳作奖，全国首展风俗画大展优秀作品奖，国际水墨画大展银奖，国际文化交流优秀作品奖。入选第二届全国花鸟画展；全国第五届体育美展；中国中青年国画作品提名展；全国百名国画名家邀请展；北京国际双年展序列展；“迎奥运”全国美展；“纪念抗战胜利60周年”全国中国画展；“爱我中华”中国画名家作品展；“长江颂”全国中国画大展；“菜乡情”全国中国画大展；“红船颂”全国中国画大展；中法文化交流展；中日书法美术作品展等国内外重要展览。
