1961年出生于沧州，1982年毕业于河北轻工学院美术系。1992年在沧州画院从事艺术创作、二级美术师。1994年毕业于北京画院研修生班。中国美术家协会会员、河北美协东方艺术学会副秘书长、河北大学艺术系教授。
