杨梁相，1962年生，四川省美术家协会副秘书长（驻会），四川省文联机关纪委委员。国家一级美术师，四川省学术和技术带头人，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员。美术、书法作品共30余次参加中国美协、中国书协主办的大展，其中中国画获第三届中国美协会员中国画精品展优秀作品（最高奖）、中国（芮城）永乐宫第四届国际书画艺术节百佳奖（最高奖）、第二届全国少数民族美术作品展铜奖、纪念孔子诞辰2550周年全国书画作品展优秀奖、中国少儿美术教师优秀作品展优秀奖等。论文30余篇或入选全国学术讨论会或发表，学术专著《苏东坡画艺术两种》由四川文艺出版社出版发行。荣获文化部、团中央表彰的全国优秀教师。中央电视台等媒体做过专题报道。作为代表参加了中国美术家协会第八次全国代表大会和深圳国际水墨双年展国际学术会议，国画作品被马其顿总统格奥尔基·伊万诺夫等海内外人士收藏。
