黄全昌(1937.12—)浙江镇海人。著名连环画家。擅长连环画、插图。自学出身。
中国美术家协会会员，上海美术家协会艺委会委员。上海人民美术出版社创作员、副编审。现为上海书画院特聘画师、上海百草画院副院长。作品多次入选全国美展及海外美展，入选《中国新文艺大系》（美术）、《中国美术全集》（当代）。
作品《中国十大古典悲剧》、插图《中国十大古典喜剧》等。《海瑞罢官》第二届全国连环画评奖获绘画二等奖、《打渔杀家》第三届全国连环画评奖获绘画三等奖等。
