郭占魁(1938—)山西人。擅长中国画、美术编辑。1956年入天津河北师范学院美术系，1961年毕业后分配到天津百花文艺出版社任美术编辑。历任天津人民出版社、新蕾出版社美编室主任、副总编、社长，编审。策划主编大型画册类图书《漫游科学世界》、《地球保卫战》、《莎士比亚戏剧故事绘画本》分获国家图书三大奖。作品有插图《琼琳仙洞》、版画《旭日》、中国画《东临碣石》、《苍山秋色》、《远望雪山》等。
