卢宾(1924.10-1985.1)内蒙古古丰人。擅长中国画、油画。1945年毕业于蒙古高等学院。历任中学美术教员，内蒙古师范学院艺术系美术教研室主任、副教授，中国美术家协会内蒙古分会副主席。作品有国画《草原钢城》、油画《奶茶》、《大兴安岭之晨》等。
