丁力，祖籍宿州。现任安徽文学艺术院副院长，安徽省文联委员。系中国美术家协会会员、安徽省中国画艺委会委员、安徽省美术家协会理事、安徽省中国画学会理事、安徽省青年美术家协会艺术顾问，安徽省文联专业画家。
1981年至1985年就读于安徽艺术学校国画专业，师从孔小瑜、郭公达、徐欣民、朱松发、张翰诸先生，主攻山水，兼攻花鸟、人物。从事新闻、美术编辑及地方美协组织领导工作近三十年，新闻美术作品1992、1993、1994曾连续三年获安徽一等奖，1999年被评定为高级职称。有作品发表于《人民日报》、《美术》杂志、《国画家》、《美术观察》、《美术报》等国家级报刊，作品多次入选省及国家级美术展览并获奖。曾在北京、上海、广州、南京、宁波、美国等地举办画展，并有作品流传俄罗斯、英国、德国、奥地利、西班牙、日本、韩国及东南亚国家和中国港澳台地区。1991年中国画《残荷听雨》被首都博物馆收藏。作品多次入选中国美协主办的全国美术展览并获奖。国画《清风明月》
