邵力华，画家。1960年生，山东高密市人，1986年毕业于山东师范大学艺术系美术专业，现任山东大学艺术学院教授，学术委员会委员。
1979年，《大公鸡叫迟了》参加全国三地民间艺术联展。
1979年，《幸福的歌唱》由山东美术出版社出版发行。
1988年，连环画《爱的启示》参加山东省首届连环画展。
1988年，《网之印象》参加山东省美术创作大展。
1991年，《难忘的歌》参加山东省“庆祝建党七十周年美术创作大展”。
