卢锋（卢乃钦），中国美术家协会会员，广东梅州五华棉洋人，1988年毕业于华北电力学院。已从事艺术创作30余年。目前任深圳市福田区美术家协会常务副主席，福田区书画院院长。近年来，他的“木棉花”（英雄花）作品已独树一帜，多次在国家级大展中获奖，在美术界颇受关注与好评。同名的还有经济学家卢锋。他还是北京大学国家发展研究院副院长，获过多项奖项。
其主要获奖作品有:
《欣慰》1991年获文化部主办的“国际中国画大展”铜奖；
《雄立南天》1995年获文化部主办的“国际中国画大展”银奖；
《收获》1997年获深圳市福田区教育系统举办的“庆香港回归画展”一等奖；
《雄立南天》2002年获“大地彩虹广东省美术书法摄影作品展”优秀奖；

《秋风》2006年获中国美术家协会主办的“纪念中国美术大师李苦禅艺术馆开馆暨全国中国画作品提名展”优秀奖；
《英雄花》、《风云际会》入选2006年中国美术家协会主办的“第19次新人新作展”；
《岭南春》2006年获中国美术家协会主办的“全国中国画展”优秀奖。
《南粤雄风》作品2007年被选送中国美术馆展出。
《春韵》《岭南花雄》作品获2008年国家画院提名“回顾印象”中国画学术展。作品2007年入选中国美协主办的“纪念黄道周全国中国画作品展”。[1]

《岭南春》《雄镇南天》等作品发表于2006年《美术》月刊。个人画作曾多次被文化部主管的《中国文化报》《文化月刊》专题介绍，有诸多作品发表于国家、省、市各类报刊。
