朱天杰，1987年毕业于广州美院。现为徐州美协主席，江苏新闻美术家协会副主席，徐州师范大学美术学院教授（兼），李可染艺术馆艺委会委员，徐州大风书画研究院副院长。
作品《矿工世家》获1982年江苏美展一等奖；1983年作品《春风入户》入选华东六省一市美展，在中国美术馆展出；1993年作品《聊斋》入选中国首届民族风情大展，在中国画研究院展出；1994年作品《魂兮》入选全国第八届美展；1996年参加《美术报》举办的中外美术史知识大赛获优秀奖(最高奖)；1992年在中央美术学院画廊举办联展；1995年作品《静观》及个人简历入选《中国当代美术家图鉴》。2004年《春韵图》入选全国第二届人物画展，2006年《祭》入选全国第六届工笔画大展。
