杨霜林，男，生于1957年，陕西潼关县人，专业画家，中共党员，深造于浙江美术学院，现任陕西省政协委员、西安中国画院副院长、陕西省山水研究会常务副主席、陕西大美术文化产业集团董事长。曾获陕西文化产业行业十大领军人物、西安市文物保护先进个人。
多年来在艺术领域辛勤耕耘，深研绘画技法和理论，并且深入生活，接触大自然，具有扎实的山水画功底。同时请益多师，于书画艺术追求孜孜不倦，勤奋善思，注重自身文艺修养、为人沉稳大气、不慕虚荣。其作品落笔大胆，构思巧妙，情趣盎然、气势磅礴、明快而不俗，用墨凝重深厚，行笔流畅自如，粗中有细，气势雄宏，虚实有度，既苍润严谨，又有质感和新意，所绘之山水或浑厚，或氤氲，或茂朴，可看、可游、可居，气势宏大，笔精墨妙，雅俗共赏，给人以美的享受。
作品先后发表于《人民日报》、《中国文化报》、《中国书画报》、《美术报》、《国画家》、《陕西日报》、《江苏画刊》等多家报刊，多次参加国内外各级书画展览并获奖，中央电视台、凤凰卫视、阳光卫视、湖南卫视、陕西卫视、西安电视台等多家新闻媒体先后制作专辑并予以报道。其国画山水作品被美国、法国、日本、韩国、泰国、香港、台湾等国家和地区的友人收藏，绘画风格得到了国内外及社会各界的嘉许认可。2011年6月与王西京先生组包《翰墨长安》当代艺术品资产权益份额产品，并在成都文交所上市，得到了业界广泛好评。
