蔡健如，祖籍福建晋江。现任福建省美术家协会常务理事、香港福建书画研究会理事长、中国美协会员。
1966年毕业于原福建师院艺术系本科。1975年定居香港，从事绘画创作及经营柏雅油画公司。自1998年起，参加由中国美协举办的各类大型展览逾十多次。其中包括中国画三百家，第九、十、十一届全国美展之港、澳、台邀请展。第九届入选的两幅作品中，《金生丽水》获得优秀奖。
蔡健如创作的题材广泛，中、西画均能，尤擅中国山水、花鸟等。风格精工细腻，雄奇隽永。曾出版《蔡健如钢笔画作品集》
