邓超华，常用名邓华，广东新会人，1950年生。入伍后坚持业余美术创作，后任广州军区俱乐部美术员。1989年毕业于广州职大艺术学院美术系。广州军区创作室正师职专业画家，国家一级美术师，中国美协会员。
作品入选第六、七、八、九、十届全国美展，及三十余次入选全国、全军性大型专题美展，获金奖五次及其它奖项数十次。

出版有《邓超华画集》《邓超华作品》等画册。
