王云鹤，生于上海。任上海华夏书画院副院长、上海海风油画会会长、上海水彩画研究会会长。专擅水彩、油画，多年来创作题材均以描绘上海都会形色面貌为主，作品色彩强烈，擅于捕捉城市中剎那的美感。在上海博得“画城市，中国第一人”的美誉。作品曾在中国、美国、日本、德国、加拿大、台湾、南韩、香港、澳门……等十余个国家和地区展出，二十余件作品为中国美术馆、上海美术馆所收藏。出版有《王云鹤油画精品典藏集》、《王云鹤水彩画集》。作品入编《亚洲水彩画名家丛书》、《上海油画22家作品集》、《上海水彩画20家作品集》、《中国当代美术》、《中国水彩画集》等。
