张京城，字禅公，号净禅居。1962年生，山东济南历城人。1983年毕业于泰山学院美术系，1992年结业于中央美术学院高研班，2002年至2004年在北京画院王明明工作室攻读高研创作班。2011年就读于张立辰先生中国画博士课程班至今。中国美术家协会会员，青岛名家书画院院长，中国泰山禅道书画院院长，国家一级美术师。

作品题材多为佛道及林泉高士，风格高雅飘逸，禅机妙悟尽在画中。多幅作品被专业团体或收藏家收藏，部分作品被选入《东方之子》、《中华艺术家名人录》、《世界人物辞海》、《中国人物画百家》、《齐鲁书画百家》等多部辞书。出版有《当代著名画家技法解析·张京城写意人物》、《名家名画·张京城写意人物作品》、《二十一世纪有影响力画家张京城个案研究》、《中国当代艺术名家精品系列·张京城国画作品明信册》、《中国六十年60强》、《当代书画名家作品集·张京城卷》、《二零一一年度画坛人物——张京城卷》、《中国近现代名家精品从书·张京城人物作品精选集》、《当代最具学术价值与市场潜力画家·张京城画集》等，2008年被评为60后山东籍十大杰出画家，2009年被评为山东籍中国画坛百杰。2011年被评为山东籍中国人物画20杰。
