高向祁（字雪峰）1926年生于山东省济南市。著名画家，现为山东齐鲁花鸟画研究会理事长。作品曾在法国、日本、马来西亚、香港等国家和地区举办个人画展，其艺术成就被编入《中国现代艺术家人名大辞典》、《当代中国艺术名家大辞典》等。
