王学忠，辽宁省锦州人，幼承家学，深受传统书画熏陶。50多年勤奋刻苦习画，期间在80年代又受孙其峰、高冠华、高松盧、贾平西诸位先生指教，喜入荒山野岭写生创作。曾在中国美术馆、哈尔滨、日本福岛举办个人画展，多幅作品被国内外人士团体收藏。
