朱德馨(1938.5—)回族，安徽人。擅长中国画。1986年毕业于(浙江美院)东方美术函授院中国画专业。现为河南指画会副会长，郑州民族书画院院长。作品《秋韵》两幅入选全国首届花鸟画展，《好枝高极解回头》入选第八届全国美展，《月出惊山鸟》入选世界华人书画展。
