龚伟海，男，1952年出生于上海，1972年毕业于黑龙江黑河师专美术专业，后留校任教。1981年至1984年就读于鲁迅美术学院。花鸟画师从郭西河教授，人物画师从许勇教授。2010年进入中国国家画院刘大为工作室，师从中国美协主席刘大为老师、任惠中老师、富中奇老师、陈嵘老师。
