孙景瑞，男，汉族，1950年1月出生，山东苍山人，中共党员，毕业于空军第七航校飞行训练专业。
历任空军第一预校、陆军190师570团学员，空军第七航校五团学员、五团飞行二大队教员训练、二大队飞行教员、二大队副大队长、一团飞行一大队副大队长、航校政治部副营职干事，1982年，空军转业至临沂地区公安处，历任临沂地区公安处保卫科科长，临沂地区公安处副处长兼临沂市（县级市）公安局长，临沂地区公安处处长，临沂市公安局长（地级市）等职。1997年11月，调任枣庄市公安局党委书记、局长，武警枣庄支队第一政委、党委第一书记（副厅级）、现任枣庄市人大常委会副主任。　
现为中国美术家协会会员、山东省枣庄美术家协会名誉主席；公安部文联书法、美术、摄影、集邮专业委员会副主任，枣庄市画院名誉院长，山东省蒙山画院院长。多年来怀着对沂蒙山的情与爱，走遍蒙山沂水，长年坚持作画。1999年作品《沂蒙初春》人选海峡两岸名人书画展；2004年作品《沂蒙十月》入选中国美协主办的“2004年菜乡情全国百名画家中国画邀请展；2006年作品《世柿平安》入选中国美协主办的“纪念中国工农红军长征胜利七十周年全国中国画作品展”。先后在《人民日报》、《中国文化报》、《光明日报》、《农民日报》、《深圳日报》等媒体发表作品。
