刘乃伦，男，笔名：刘乃仑，号：双石布衣，1549年生于胶州，就读于中国艺术研究院。
1976年至1986年供职于胶州食品公司负责美术宣传工作美术员，1986年至1990年青岛第十二针织厂负责设计室美术宣传工作，任主任、副厂长，1990年至今青岛康原药业有限公司负责美术宣传工作，副总经理，1998年中国艺术研究院书画研修部。中国美术家协会会员，胶州市政协委员、扬州八怪书画院名誉院长、胶州画院名誉院长。
作品曾入选天津艺术博览会《名家书画小品特邀展》、《海潮杯全国中国画大展作品集》、《中国画名家小品集珍》等多种选本，并荣获“中国当代书画艺术成就奖”。其中在“青岛第四次全国人口普查书画展”中获一等奖；首届中国医药书画艺术展银奖；纪念毛泽东诞辰110周年“橘子洲杯”全国书画大赛三等奖；《春韵》、《情系东崂》、《仙境》先后入选中国美术家协会主办的“全国第二届花鸟画展”，“孔子诞辰2550周年”优秀作品展等。《初雪》入选中国美术家协会主办的第“十六次新人新作展”，纪念天津建城600周年全国梅兰竹菊“四君子”中国画获奖并入选作品集等。
2001年被泰山画院特邀，举办了个人画展，作品先后被中国艺术研究院、山东美术馆、青岛档案馆收藏。
