梁洪涛(1939.12—)山东招远人。擅长中国画。1956年入中央美院华东分院附中，1963年毕业于浙江美术学院。后在上海美术创作办公室、美协、画院从事美术创作，上海中国画院一级美术师。作品《想想过去、看看现在》被中国美术馆收藏；《边寨小学》获第六届全国美展优秀奖；《乐在牛中》在比利时获最高荣誉奖。出版有《梁洪涛中国画集》、《中国画人物技法月讲》、《丝路画迹》速写集等。
