曾凡恕(1935.2—)四川渠县人。擅长中国画、美术理论。1955年毕业于西南美术专科学校绘画系。历任河南青年报、郑州晚报社编辑，郑州师范学校大专班教师，郑州大学副教授。作品《重逢》、《待运》，专著有《挑花集》等。
