马麟春，莱阳市中荆镇前中荆村人。现任山东艺术学院美术学院中国画系主任，硕士研究生导师，副教授，中国美术家协会会员。他出生在绘画世家，自幼受到良好的艺术熏陶。1977年高中毕业后，就业于莱阳化肥厂当工人。1981年考入山东艺术学院美术系中国画专业，1985年毕业后留校任教。1986年又考入中央美术学院中国画系花鸟画专业，期间对花鸟画进行了系统地学习和研究。1987年结业后，在山东艺术学院美术系任讲师，主要担任花鸟画的教学工作。在教学工作中，治学严谨刻苦，取得了可喜的成就。
