夏明来，1963年生，祖籍江苏常州。先后曾就读於中国美术学院和南京艺术学院。现为上海丹鼎画院院长，上海市美术家协会会员，上海市致公党党员，江西陶瓷工艺美术学院客座教授，海上书画研究院副院长，浙北中国画研究院研究员，上海书画院画师，上海侨商会会员，上海中外文化交流协会会员，中原书画院高级画师，海峡两岸书画交流爱心大使。
