苏小华，1956年出生于广州市。1983年毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，获文学学士学位。广东省美术家协会原理事、广州市美术家协会副主席、广州画院原副院长、一级美术师、广州市政协书画院副院长、广州市文史研究馆馆员、广州市第十一届政协常委。作品入选第十一届全国美展、第三届全国中国画展、第十六届亚运会全国中国画展等全国美展并获奖。出版有《苏家五人画集》（合作）、《花·叶·苏小华》（画集）、《一家三代八位女画家画集》（合作）、文集《拾叶观音山》、图文集《山居十七载》、《居家的日子》、《五年日志》、手卷集《花开时节》、《小华小品》（画集）等。作品被广东省博物馆、广东美术馆、江苏省美术馆、深圳美术馆、广州博物馆、岭南画派纪念馆、广州艺术博物院、广州市国家档案馆等专业机构收藏。
