李瑛（女），毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系，现为中国教育电视台水墨丹青栏目组推荐画家，水墨丹青书画艺术交流中心推广画家，山东省美协会员，菏泽美术家协会理事，菏泽学院美术系副教授。师承吴长江、唐秀玲、杜滋龄、霍春阳等。

2008年深造于中国美术家协会国画山水、花鸟高研班。
2010年进修于唐秀玲重彩高级研修班。
