张辉，1990年毕业于泰山学院美术系。1995年毕业于曲阜师范大学中文系。2001年就读于天津美术学院研究生课程班，后入北京画院石齐工作室。中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会理事，山东省美协策展委员会副主任，山东省美协实验艺术委员会副主任，山东省美协综合材料艺委会副秘书长，山东省美协人物画艺委会委员，济南画院副院长，济南市美术馆副馆长。
1999年入选“纪念孔子诞辰2550周年”全国画展。
1999年获“全国首届国画小品精作展”优秀奖。
1999年获“建国50周年全国中国画展”优秀奖。
2000年作品《长山论道》被天安门城楼收藏。
2003年作品入选“第七届少数民族体育美展”。
2003年作品入选“第二届中国美术金彩奖”。
2007年参加奥组委主办的“2008和谐中华迎奥运”56米《和谐中华》巨幅国画创作。
作品被炎黄艺术馆、甘肃美术馆、人民日报神州书画院、杭州书画院等单位机构及个人收藏。先后被山东电视台教育频道、北京电视台报道。作品刊登在《国画家》、《美术报》、《新艺术》等专业杂志报刊。
2007年由北京奥组委举办“和谐中华迎奥运”大型艺术活动中在全国海选56位画家，有幸被选中参加“和谐中华”人物画56米长卷的创作，同来自全国各地的画家一起历时一个月圆满完成了创作任务，由中央电视台在北京朝阳体育场举办大型颁奖晚会，并荣获特殊贡献奖。
