金岩，生于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，毕业于哈尔滨师范大学艺术学院。进修于北京画院、天津美院，中国国家画院。师丛霍春阳，何家英，贾广健，等名家。现为中国美术家协会会员，黑龙江省花鸟画会会员，国家一级美术师，中国国家画院贾广健工作室画家，清华美院贾广健工作室助教。
作品曾多次在《中国画书画报》、《美术界》、《黑龙江日报》、《哈尔滨日报》等发表，被中国国家画院，天安门国旗护卫队，以及香港，台湾，日本，新加坡等国外国内的收藏家收藏。
1997年作品《芙蓉小鸟》获中国建设部、中房系统书画摄影展一等奖。
1999年作品《荷塘白鹭》入选中国美协主办“中国第二届花鸟画展”。
2000年作品《荷趣》入选中国美协主办“世纪中国风情中国画展”。
2000年作品《荷塘秋来早》获“哈尔滨金秋画展”一等奖。
2001年作品《秋》入选“黑龙江省建党八十周年书画回顾展”。
2002年作品《秋韵》《富贵白头》入选中国美协主办“第五届工笔画展”。
