袁俊华，生于安徽淮北。现为安徽省美术家协会会员，安徽省书法家协会会员，中央美术学院中国画学院访问学者，黑河学院美术系绘画教研室主任、教授。2004年10月《戏曲印象》入选新世纪一一安徽首届美术大展，2004年12月书法作品入选新世纪一一安徽首届书法大展，2006年10月《大戏台》入选第二届安徽美术大展，2007年10月《状态》入选2007年全国中国画作品展，2008年12月《二十折》入选首届全国艺术硕士研究生优秀作品展，2009年6月《寒温带女孩》入选2009年全国中国画作品展，2009年10月《一壶春秋》获安徽省第三届美术大展优秀奖，2009年12月《北方女孩》获2009年中国高校美术作品学年展一等奖，2012年6月《生相·鄂伦春》获八荒通神--2012哈尔滨中国画双年展优秀奖，2012年8月《夏至·黑河》获安徽省第四届美术大展铜奖。
