骆少军，1966年生于甘肃兰州，2004年进修于中国画研究院高研班龙瑞工作室，现兰州画院专业画家，现调入甘肃画院，国家二级美术师。
主要艺术活动有：作品入选“纪念抗日战争胜利60周年全国中国画作品展览”（中国美协主办）。“全国第十九次新人新作展”（中国美协主办）“2006年纪念李苦禅艺术馆开馆暨全国中国画提名展”（中国美协主办）；“草原情全国中国画作品提名展”（中国美协主办）；“纪念黄道周全国中国画作品提名展”（国家画院主办）；获甘肃省委、省政府颁发的“第五届敦煌文艺奖”、两次获“甘肃省专业画院画家作品展”提名奖、优秀奖。作品参加“西望敦煌甘肃省美术作品晋京展”。其作品发表于《中国文化报》、《画刊》、《美术向导》、《美术界》、等报刊杂志。
