贾荣志，生于黑龙江省双鸭山市、祖籍山东乳山。毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系。现为中国美术家协会会员、文化部青联美术委员会委员、泰山画院专业画家、泰安市美术家协会副主席、山东新文人书画院副院长、山东画院高级画师、九三学社中央画院画师、《今日水墨》杂志主编，深造于中国国家画院卢禹舜工作室。2008年被授予首届“山东省优秀青年艺术家”。
曾于兰州、呼和浩特、厦门、常州、汕头等地及韩国、新加坡、法国、日本等国家多次举办个人画展或联展，多件作品参加全国美展并获奖。《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《美术报》、《国画家》、《大公报》、《文艺报》、《艺术市场》、《美术》山东卫视等多家媒体都曾专题报道和介绍。
