马双喜，1956年生于上海，祖籍山东济南。本科学历，供职于上海市宝山区文化馆。1992年书法师从全国著名书法家周志高先生。现为中国美术家协会会员，上海市美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，上海市书法家协会主席团委员，上海市书法家协会隶书专业委员会副主任，上海市书法家协会楷书专业委员会副主任，上海书画院画师，上海宝山书法家协会常务副会长、秘书长，上海宝山美术家协会副会长，上海宝山画院副院长。
