曾景祥,汉族，教授，中国美术家协会会员，1949年3月生于湖南桃江，1973年毕业于湖南师范学院艺术系美术专业。作品曾在《文艺研究》《美术观察》《装饰》等二十余家报刊杂志发表，出版《工笔画技法理论研究》《曾景祥写意花鸟小品精选》等专著与画册十三部，完成省部级科研课题六个。现为湖南省美术家协会理事，湖南科技大学艺术生导师学院院长，硕士研究生导师，国家社科基金艺术类科研课题主持人。
