白统绪，1937年12月生，河南睢县人，湖北省美术院专业画家。中国美协会员，湖北水彩画研究会会长，中国水彩画家学会副会长，湖北美协理事、原水彩水粉艺委会主任。国家一级美术师。

1991年到日本写生举办画展。1993年获湖北省第二届文艺明星奖。2003年被评为湖北省美术名人。1984年《洪湖银秋》获湖北省第六届美术作品展铜奖并入选第六届全国美展，发表于《中国水彩画史》。
