王信聪，男，1964年出生，祖籍河南省宁陵县，自幼喜爱绘画，师从岑学恭，赵蕴玉，黄纯尧等著名艺术家家，形成了自己独特的山水彩墨画风格。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国工笔画学会会员、中国工艺美术家协会会员、中国现代绘画艺术研究院研究员、中国书画家联谊会会员、中央文化管理干部学院中国水墨研究院院士、中国人口文化促进会书画院理事、国际中国书画家交流促进会副秘书长、北京红森尚艺画院院长、宁德市艺术馆专职画家、宁德市美术家协会副主席，宁德市政协书画院画师、闽东画院画师，文化中国艺术顾问。

2009年5月，担任“和谐中华——海峡两岸书画家交流活动”艺术总监，“明天会更好——纪念汶川地震一周年慈善爱心书画艺术交流展组委会艺术总监、副秘书长（兼）；2009年6月被中华慈善总会授予“慈善爱心书画家”称号；先后在中国美术馆、河南博物院、新疆、成都、广东、广西、福建等地举办《王信聪、宋香菊夫妻画展》。作品曾被中央办公厅、天安门城楼等单位收藏。《人民日报》、《中国青年报》、《中国书画报》等多家媒体报道，天津人民美术出版社出版《艺术耕坛•名家名作王信聪画集》、出版有《王信聪、宋香菊画集》。在福建宁德市组织举办了“首届山水杯——全国书画大展赛”、“反腐倡廉书画展”等展览。

作品《山居之秋》、《佳秋》、《溪山秋色》分别获得2008年中国美协主办的展览获最高奖优秀奖；作品《川西人家》入选第五届中国西部大地情——中国画、油画作品展；作品《太行秋居》、《山居秋情》、《万叶秋声》分别入选2008年全国中国画作品展、全国第七届工笔画作品展、全国首届中国画线描艺术展。于2010年8月7日——9日，在上海联合举办“联合国千年发展目标主题公益活动”，以宣扬地震灾区教育事业为目的，做出突出贡献的先进单位和杰出个人，由联合国和国家有关领导人进行颁奖和表彰，王信聪被授予“中国国粹文化成就奖”。
